RATES - Rates quoted include
full breakfast choices
Breakfast is served between
7.30am - 9.00am, or earlier by arrangement.
The
£'s price is per person, where 2 people are occupying a double
room. Add 50% of adult price for each child in the family room.
Single occupancy discount may be
given when occupying a double room, according to season and availablity
i.e. (room rate = £40 - £55 per person per night)
A
deposit equivalent to one night's stay on multiple day breaks,
or 50% on a one night booking, will be required to secure the reservation,
payable by credit/debit card or by cheque made payable to Anchor
House.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
In the event
of a cancellation less than 14 days before date of arrival, the
guest will be liable for the whole amount of the booking and the
credit card will be charged. However, we will do our utmost. to
re-let the room(s) and if we are successful, will return all monies
paid less the deposit.
May
we advise guests to consider travel insurance, designed to cover
